Generally we do mistake while dealing with the two words, climate and weather. But even how weather is not the same as the climate. Where the Climate is the average condition of the weather, that deals specifically with such as average temperatures, average or periodical or annual amounts of rain or snow, averages of sunshine, wind, and humidity, and the number of days when certain weather conditions may be expected in a month or year.
If you through the history you shall never find any civilization, be it the Ancient Vedic, Indus Valley, Ancient China, Egypt, Aztec, Inca, Greece or Rome tat has not been influenced by the Weather conditions or by its whims. It has been the greatest pervading factor in all the ages and also in the ages to come, notwithstanding the spectacular and exponential improvement in the field of science and technology in the twenty first century of the present millennium.
It is known to all that everybody, be I the plebian or the patrician gets affected in mind and body by climate and changes in the weather. However, a long period of the same kind of weather may be depressing or irritating. The constant heat of the tropics is depressing, but an occasional hot day is not. At times the continuation of the same one make us not only restless but also bitter at our fellow innocent companions, of which numerous premises can be drawn as ready examples. Unless changes of weather are too severe, they become stimulating to mind and body. Human comfort depends largely and to be precise the best, on temperature, but also in the same manner on air movement and moisture in the air. If there happens to more air movement the temperature seem much lower.
It is well known that, an in-between climate with frequent but mild changes in the weather is usually considered to be of the best kind. There is a general belief, most popular in the European half, that most of the vital and progressive peoples are found in fairly cold climates with large seasonal changes of weather. It is well known that the climate is important in the treatment of disease. In this respect the choice of climate depends on the kind of disease and the physical condition of the patient. Ambiance is also the direct source of certain ills such as sunstroke, snow blindness, and frostbite. Many diseases occur mostly at certain seasons, such as infantile paralysis in late summer and the common cold in the winter.
